By accessing and using AstroDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by App Comin.

2. Description of Service

AstroDeck is a free web application that provides real-time space weather data, aurora forecasts, satellite tracking, and astronomical information. The Service aggregates publicly available data from scientific organizations including NOAA, NASA, and CelesTrak.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, AstroDeck relies on third-party data sources. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Specifically:

• >Aurora forecasts are predictions and actual visibility may vary
• >Satellite positions are calculated from orbital elements and may have slight deviations
• >Space weather indices are provided by NOAA and may experience delays
• >ISS pass predictions are approximate and depend on your location accuracy

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• >Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• >Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• >Redistribute data obtained from the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• >Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The AstroDeck interface, design, and code are the property of App Comin. Scientific data displayed on the platform is sourced from public government agencies (NOAA, NASA) and is in the public domain. Map tiles are provided by CARTO and OpenStreetMap contributors under their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

AstroDeck is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. App Comin shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on data displayed on the platform. Do not rely solely on AstroDeck for safety-critical decisions.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep AstroDeck available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. Third-party data sources may also experience outages independently.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
